What This Means

This regulation requires importers to obtain a PI Capital Goods in Used Condition / Certificate before clearing goods through Indonesian customs.

As a post-border regulation, compliance is verified after the goods clear customs. The importer must meet these requirements before the products can be distributed in Indonesia.
