Cocoa butter, fat and oil

Cocoa butter, fat, and oil are derived from cocoa beans and are essential ingredients in chocolate production, cosmetics, and various food products. These materials contribute to texture and mouthfeel in chocolate and are also used in skincare formulations. The import of cocoa butter, fat, and oil into Indonesia incurs a BM MFN (import duty) of 10.00%, a VAT (Value Added Tax) of 12.00%, and a PPH (income tax) of 2.50% for API (registered importers) or 7.50% for non-API. Special permits are not required, and commercial imports must be conducted by a licensed consignee.
